EasyWhite Leather simplifies the tanning process by eliminating the pickling and basification production steps.This cuts production time by 5 to 8 hours. The process only requires one tanning chemical instead of five to six.


Apple Skin Leather made of biological industrial waste recyled for the creation of eco-sustainable products: The biological industrial waste is such as the peel and the core of the apple. The aim is to transform these into products of common use, through special reycling techniques and processing of raw material.

The standard formulation for the content of organic apple peel skins on the skin of the Apple Peel Skin is of 50%, although it can be changed if the costumer requests it. As for the backing/support, we normally use 80% / 20% Poly/cotton, which can be customized as well. We can supply from 0.5mm to 1.8mm.


Usually garments labelled as ‘Recycled Polyester’ are made from PET bottles; the bottles are collected, chopped into small pieces and melted. Then it is ready to use for any kind of material.
